Advertise Offline in the Country Sampler Magazine:

The Country Sampler MagazineOver the years I've noticed that really successful craft web sites have one important thing in common: they advertise in the Country Sampler magazine.

I have been reading this magazine for years. It was and is a constant presence in my crafting family. This is a great resource to buy some great hand crafted items, pick up new ideas or just get inspired by all the beautiful photography. If you are a serious crafter, I know I am not telling you anything new!

Advertising in print can eat up a quite a bit of your advertising budget, but as my sales manager husband would say: How can you afford not to?! If you want your business to be successful, whether it is an online business or an offline business, you MUST advertise.

Kinfolk Crafts has always had a good response from our ads in the Country Sampler group of magazines. The best part about advertising in a print magazine, especially the Country Sampler, is that people have a hard time parting with it. Therefore, the magazine, and your ad, stays around for a long time. I always pick up an old copy of my Country Samplers, just to get re-inspired. So your investment in the print ad will pay off for a long time to come.
