To have your site listed in the Craft Mall, your site must be craft or country related and sell handmade products that were made by you or your business partner.
Sites selling other items will be advertised in the following categories:
Country Graphics: country or primitive graphics, cds & web sets
Free Craft Lessons & Patterns: craft resources and supplies (in the sidebar as an advertisement)
Country Stores: mass produced country & primitive furniture and home accessories
If you are another craft mall or web design site, please contact us about becoming a link partner.
We will not list sites that are made up of mostly affiliate links.
We will add sites at our discretion only and reserve the right to approve all sites before adding them to the mall, and to remove a site, without notice, if any of these rules are broken.
We will not list any sites that contain pornographic, adult only, controversial or hate related content, or obscene material. As a Christian owned business, we will not list sites that contain material or sell items contradictory to traditional Judeo/Christian values such as sites promoting witchcraft or selling occult items. Family Friendly sites only!
Your web site must be online and operable at all times. Any site that is not online when we check on it will be suspended and removed without notice (general maintenance is allowed).
The link you provide must link to the original site submitted - you cannot point your domain to another site at any time.
We do require that you place a text link or one of our banners on the home page of your site. You can copy or save one of the banners below or get the code for our other banners here.
Why do we require a link for paid listings? Because we are in the business of promoting your web site. Search engines like Google use link popularity as a method of ranking sites in their results. The more related sites that link to us (especially high traffic sites), the higher Kinfolk Crafts will appear on the search engine page when someone searches on our keywords.
By placing a reciprocal link or banner on your site, you will help ensure that Kinfolk Crafts remains high in the traffic rankings which will help us promote your site, as our link to you will help improve your site ranking as well. It will be most beneficial to you if you place it on the home page of site.
