Ordering Information:
Thank you for shopping with Kinfolk Crafts! When you are ready to order an item in the store,
enter the quantity of the item you'd like and click
on the "Add to Basket" button. Click
on the "View Basket/Checkout" button to
view or update the items in your shopping cart, or checkout to finalize and pay for your order. If you would like to update the quantity in the
shopping cart, change the quantity and click on the
"Update" button. If you would like to remove an item
from your basket, click on the "Remove" button.

Payment Information:
Kinfolk Crafts accepts Visa, MasterCard or PayPal payments. Your credit transaction is handled by on a secure server. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
You will receive an email receipt for all purchases and charges to
your credit card.

Shipping Information:
Shipping charges are based on shipping
within the continental U.S. only. Orders are shipped USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail
or UPS depending upon the item ordered. Extra shipping charges may
apply to bulk or oversized items, and for orders shipped outside of the
U.S. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your order.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged on items
shipped to an address in Missouri (USA), and will be added to your order
when you checkout.

Refund Policy:
It is our hope that you will be
satisfied with all purchases through Kinfolk Crafts. Sorry, there is no refund offered for
patterns or graphic CDs.
